Nigeria’s President Muhammadu Buhari’s in-law and a traditional ruler in Daura, Musa Umar, has regained freedom about two months after his abduction. The traditional ruler was kidnapped on May 2, 2019, at his home in Buhari’s hometown of Daura, Katsina State.
